What should you do if the Facebook destination is stuck at "starting 1/2"?
Read below to find some of the recommended troubleshooting tips for Facebook.
Important note: If a friend has shared their Facebook destination using the StreamShare feature they may also need to add Switchboard as an approved App.
Try this troubleshooting tip first:
Press the "Stop streaming" button next to the destination, wait about 20 seconds, and then start streaming again.
Troubleshooting to a Facebook Page or Profile:
You may need to verify that Switchboard is an active app in the business integration section of your Facebook account.
Use this link to see if Switchboard is listed as an approved app:

If you do not see Switchboard Live listed as an active app:
Search for Switchboard Live in the field on the right.
Click the Switchboard Live logo to add it as an approved app.
Once Switchboard is listed as an Approved App.
Click on the View and Edit Button.
Enable permissions for Switchboard Live.
