- Switchboard intends to support the Webcaster X2 for as long as Epiphan does, and will do our best to stay abreast of their future changes.
Double-Check the Pairing Code
- Double-check that you are using the correct pairing code. Don't use a pairing code from another provider (YouTube, Facebook, etc) into Switchboard.
- The Epiphan Webcaster x2 can only pair to one location at a time.
- For example, if your Epiphan Webcaster x2 encoder was paired with YouTube or another service provider, make sure that your device is completely unpaired from the device and that you are using a new code for the Switchboard account.

- Make sure on the Epiphan Webcaster X2 device that you've chosen the correct (Switchboard) platform.
Perform a Hard Factory Reset on your Epiphan Webcaster X2
- The steps to perform the factory reset can be found on the Epiphan site:
Remove Epiphan Webcaster X2 Workflow
Remove the Epiphan Webcaster X2 Workflow from your Switchboard Account.
- Main Menu top left.
- Click on the Switchboard logo.
- The Workflow Overview Page will open.
- Locate the Epiphan Webcaster X2 encoder workflow.
- Press the "CONFIG" button.
- Press the "Remove Workflow" button.
Add New Encoder Workflow
- Top right press the Create Encoder Workflow
- Choose Epiphan Webcaster X2 from the list.
- Paste the Pairing code.
Add destinations to the new encoder workflow.
