Switchboard Cloud has you covered if you ever need to add existing destinations to a destination group.
What are existing destinations?
Existing destinations are the destinations that you've previously added to your Switchboard account. Switchboard Cloud automatically saves the destination to your account whenever you add a social channel or RTMP destination and authorize it. All the saved destinations appear on the Destination Manager page, which provides an overview of all the destinations saved to your Switchboard account.
Follow the easy steps outlined below, or if you prefer, watch the quick video we have provided.
How To Add Existing Destination
Step 1
Click the yellow "ADD DESTINATION" at the bottom of the destination group.
Step 2
A window will appear, giving you two options: Add New Destination or Existing Destination.
Choose Existing Destination if you want to add a destination that has been saved to your account.
Step 3
A new window will appear, opening the menu of all the available social channels you can add to the destination group.
You can use the search or sort feature to narrow down and find the destination you want to add to the group.
Step 4
Select the destinations(s) you want to add by clicking the check box.
Step 5
Click Done.
The Destinations are successfully added to the destination group.
The Destination I Want to Add Doesn't Appear on the List.
If the destination you want to add doesn't appear in the list, it could already be added to a different destination group, or you or a team member deleted it from the Switchboard Account.
