Occasionally, you may need to remove destinations from your Switchboard Connect account. To properly remove a destination, delete it from the Destination Manager.
The following quick and easy steps will guide you through the process.
STEP 1
Click the Left Navigation menu in the upper left.
STEP 2
The Destination Manager page will open.
Destinations that are not on any workflows will be labeled "Unassigned."
STEP 3
Identify the destinations that you want to remove permanently.
Use the sort option at the top of the page.
STEP 4
Click the trashcan icon to delete one destination at a time.
or
Click the check box next to several destinations.
Press the trashcan at the top of the page to permanently remove the selected destinations from your Switchboard Account.
STEP 5
Confirm the action by clicking on delete.
