If you have issues signing in with your Switchboard Cloud password or want to change your password, you can easily reset it by following these steps.
Reset Your Password
Below the login button, click Forgot Password.
A window will open. Enter your email address. Make sure it's the one you registered with Switchboard Cloud!
Click on the button "Send Password Reset Email."
Switchboard will send an email to the email address you provided.
Check your email and follow the instructions to reset the password.
TIP: If you do not see the email, check your spam ( junk mail ), or search for the sender "email@example.com". If you are still not seeing the email, enter your email address and send the instructions again.
Changing Your Password
Depending on whether or not you're signed in to your account, there are two ways to change your password.
While Signed in to the Switchboard Cloud
Click Main Menu top left. Select Login Details.
Choose Change Password.
Provide your Old Password in the field.
Enter in a New Password in the designated field.
Enter the new password in the third field to confirm.
Press the green button Change Password to complete the process.
While Signed out of Switchboard Cloud
Log in with your email address and password.
Congratulations, you've successfully changed your password.
If you see a message telling you that we can't find an account registered with your email address, check for a typo and ensure that it's the same email address you used to register for Switchboard Cloud.
