This support article goes over the steps to rename a destination within Switchboard Cloud.

You can rename a destination in two ways. Directly from your workflow page or from the Destination Manager.

Renaming a destination from your workflow page:

1. Click the "INFO" button
   
   
   
2. The Destination Information window will open
   
   
   
3. Type the new name of the destination in the text field
   Hit the green "OK" button
   
   
   
4. Congratulations! You have renamed the destination.
   

Renaming a destination from your Destinations page:

1. From the Main Menu on the left select Destinations
   
   
   
2. Click on the pencil icon next to one of the destinations
   
   
   
3. Type in the new name of the destinations
   
   
   
4. Hit the green “NEXT” button
   
   
   
5. Congratulations! You have renamed your destination.
