If you are trying to add an existing destination to a destination group and it is not showing up as listed, you may already have it listed on a different encoder workflow or destination group. Check the Destination Manager page to see if the destination exists in your Switchboard account.
Go to the Main Menu on the top left and select "Destinations" from the flyout menu.
The Destination Manager page will open.
This page lists all of the workflows and destinations in your Switchboard account.
Search for the destination in the search bar.
The destination is listed:
Check to see if there's a colored bar next to the destination.
Depending on your account type, sometimes a destination can exist on a different workflow.
The color next to the destination indicates that it already exists on a workflow.
You can determine which workflow by matching the colors of the destination with the list of workflows on the left side of the Destination Manager page.
The destination is NOT listed:
- You can add the destination as a new destination while in the destination manager page or navigate back to the workflow and add it to the appropriate destination group.
- If you are looking for a StreamShare destination, it is possible that the invited person may have revoked your access.
