We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are canceled after the billing period has started for monthly or annual subscriptions.
All requests for refunds must be sent in with a reason. Send refund requests via a support ticket or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your contact information, the Team Id of your Switchboard Account, and Invoice Number. We handle refunds case by case, and we reserve the right to offer refunds and considerations at our sole discretion.
